Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers work either on trucks or in restaurants, and are responsible for making sure that shifts run smoothly. They are in charge of leading crew members during service hours, and delegating tasks for closing. This position is more demanding, but overall is a very rewarding experience for the true food lovers out there!

The Details

  • this is a full-time position that entails running services at one of our restaurants or food trucks

  • you’ll be responsible for delegating tasks to crew members + upholding standards for food quality + customer service

  • you will also be responsible for training your crew members on customer service, food prep, and closing the location

What’s The Pay?

  • you start at $19/hour and receive tips on days when you aren’t performing managerial duties

  • you get an annual performance bonus averaging around $500

  • you’ll get an annual raise

  • assistant manager pay goes up to $23/hour, and you can work on becoming a manager
