Who are crew members at Bon Me?

Crew Members craft our fresh and delicious dishes for our customers! Crew members are energetic food lovers and compassionate people who get a rush from a job well done. Crew Members are eager learners who aren’t interested in making good food: they’re interested in making fantastic food.

Crew Member Responsibilites

  • Support your team in a fast-paced environment with the goal of smooth service.

  • Craft high-quality, beautiful, and delicious meals for our customers.

  • Prep and organize high-quality ingredients following Bon Me systems.

  • Bring a positive + respectful attitude to create a positive environment for your team and customers.

  • Learn everything there is to know about our menu and our kitchens.

Requirements for this role

  • Consistent time management: this means showing up on time and keeping up with the rhythm of the location.

  • A passion for food and the hunger to learn more about it.

  • A commitment to high standards while also having a positive attitude.

  • The desire to learn, grow, and engage.

  • Proactively communicating when it comes to questions, problems, and ideas to help create a positive team environment by finding solutions not complaints.

  • The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time repeated walking, bending, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Excitement about working with a diverse local company.

What’s The Pay?

Crew members start at $15 plus tips. Food-truck drivers start at $18 plus tips.

Crew members and drivers receive annual reviews and raises, plus raises for taking on additional job skills and responsibilities.
