Logistics Delivery Driver

Logistics Delivery Drivers are an integral part of the operations team that keeps Bon Me running. They are responsible for picking orders including food, supplies, and equipment from our commissary facility and safely delivering them to our various restaurant locations in the Boston area. Logistics Delivery Drivers are also responsible for picking up purchases from our suppliers and delivering them to our commissary, and from time to time assist in the delivery of catering orders where they may earn tips.

Who are Logistics Delivery Drivers at Bon Me?

  • You have had a driver's license for at least 4 years with a good driving record.

  • Responsible and reliable — you’re on time and take ownership of your work quality.

  • Independent — you enjoy working independently and you can manage your own time to ensure all work is completed.

  • Positive — you treat coworkers and customers with empathy and respect, and can adapt to challenges.

  • Able to work standing up and lift up to 50 pounds.

Logistics Delivery Driver Responsibilities

  • Pack and load internal delivery orders at our commissary that are bound for our restaurants and food trucks

  • Drive to suppliers to receive food and equipment purchases and bring them back to our commissary

  • Safely deliver and unload deliveries to restaurants and food trucks

  • Assisting in other aspects of operations, including driving food trucks to and from regular sites, refueling vehicles, and driving to inspection and repair appointments

  • Proactively communicating when it comes to questions, problems, and ideas to help create a positive team environment by finding solutions to challenges

The Details

  • The position is based at our commissary at 148 Hampden Street in Boston

  • Shifts vary depending on the needs of the day, and are usually between 4-8 hours a day.

What’s The Pay?

Pay starts at $20.50/hour with occasional opportunities to earn tips.
